Broken spa therapy jet elbow entombed in gunite
This Palm Coast spa was losing water through a broken elbow on its therapy jet line — partially entombed in the gunite of the spa wall, under a paver deck.
We removed the pavers, cut through the concrete slab underneath, and excavated down to the leak. With the elbow partly locked in gunite, we demoed just enough of it to reach the break, cut the broken fitting out, and replumbed the line. Then we backfilled the hole, poured a new slab, and reset the pavers.

Electronic listening pinpoints underground leaks to within inches — so we can do targeted excavation instead of full re-routes. These photos show the difference.
